PASSOVER NOTICE:
Passover this year begins Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, and through Thursday, April 13th, 2023.
Our Jewish-owned establishments are filling out a “Sale of Chometz Form.”
This vital legal document/instrument allows customers to purchase chometz (bread-like) products after Passover.
If a business is Jewish-owned and is selling “Chometz” to the public, we strongly urge the store/production facility/commissary, etc., be CLOSED for the duration of Passover.
However, if you remain open for business during Passover, the “Sale of Chometz” is legally inferior in the eyes of the Law and must be reflected by a special Notice to the Public, to be displayed on the brick-and-mortar store and on the website/e-commerce.
