The Jewish Holiday of Sukkos starts tomorrow evening, Wednesday, October 4th and ends the following Saturday evening, October 14th.
There is a special four day portion of the holiday called Chol HaMoed, from Saturday evening, October 7th- Wednesday, October 11th. Chol HaMoed is a Hebrew phrase meaning “weekdays [of] the festival” which refers to the intermediate days of Sukkot. During this time, it is common for families to take trips together.
