What inspired you to start your company?
When I attended college, I always wanted a sweet treat at night and there was nothing like that available for delivery. Insomnia Cookies was my ultimate response to that craving!
When did you start the business?
October 2003.
What were you doing before this?
Nothing, this has been my whole career!
Which menu items are the biggest sellers?
The classic chocolate chunk is always our best seller!
Where did the name of your company come from?
The late night hours we operate matched very nicely with the name Insomnia Cookies.
Why go Kosher?
I wanted to expand the reach of the company and provide the opportunity to my community!
Why National Kosher Supervision?
As a national brand, we were looking for a partner to help support our chain in the future.
What have you had to change in your business to meet the needs of the kosher consumer?
Not much. We’ve always had Kosher ingredients we just needed a great partner in National Kosher Supervision.
